I cancelled my service on May 6, 2009. I RELUCTANTLY accepted the fact that Cleartel does NOT pro-rate service, so I would still have to pay for the balance of May. Interestingly -- OTHER phone carriers only bill you for the period you use their services. I had been making my payments via electronic funds transfer -- but having cancelled the service on MAY 6, advised them that I would send a CHECK for the final payment.
