I've read prior complaints of calling the number to get the refund promised and then getting a phone disconnected. I was charged $100 for the study guide plus a $30 for tax, S.&H expenses. The materials they sent got here quick but they outdated, and I recently found out that my local post office isn't associated with this company. I decided to call the number they provided but the phone number no longer existed. At this point I have no other choice but to wait, and see if this situation gets resolved.
