I had automatic billing to a credit card that I received a new expiration date for. Zone supposedly sent me notices to an old email address. They never called or mailed any notice to me. They turned me over to collections and cancelled my service. I new nothing until the collection agency contacted me. Great communication skills Zone Telecom. Not! read full review »
