Last March, (2008), I bought four appliances from Sears. I only picked up three of them then, but because I lost a receipt, I did not go to pick up the fourth until a month ago (May 2009). I had lost track of my receipt. Finally, last month I brought my self to Sears, with a receipt I found for the dryer. I found the receipt, and they disbelieve me. They have no record of my purchase, since they don't keep records for more than a year.
