We bought a $ 650 LCD TV 10 months ago and it stoped working. We sent it in to the customer service center on our own dollar ($70)because we were told we had to by the service center. Keep in mind we had also purchased the extened warranty. I was told that it would be 15 business days and I would have a BRAND NEW tv. I waited a month and got a pre-paid shipping label!
