I dont have not features on my phone line just the dial tone and from one bill to another they start charging me 84.37 dlls for along distance call that someone authorize. I call and they not even have some one educated or trained to help their "customer " because I called and cancel and they gave me a cancelation # but they kept charging my account two more moths so I called them, and they just gave me credit for one month. On one of the calls I got a addres for the headquarters in new york. read full review »
