I had an account with Capital One which was charged --off in may of last year. On December 29 2008 I was hand delivered by an unidentified man a "summons" . I had no idea what he was even handing me, I think he called it paperwork, but I am not sure if he said anything at all besides that I didn't have to go to court to just call the number.
