I, a 82 years old senior person with a my friend went to Multi Video on 18449 E. Colima Rd. in Rowland Heights, CA 91748 for buying a electronic dictionary on April 27th. After I brought it home then I found out that it is too complicated for me then I waited my son came to my home on May third and asked him to help me to the return or exchange the product.
