In May of this year, I landed on Grants for Citizens website and ordered their "Free" Grants for Citizens information. I was asked for my credit card number because they were going to charge a fee for shipping. In June I received my MasterCard statement and saw that I was charged three amounts: $1.95, $39.95 and $39.95. Needless to say, I called my bank immediately to let them know that these charges were incorrect. My bank instructed me to contact the merchant directly and so I did.
