These guys are a total joke. The website clearly states that they will refund 100% of your money back within 30 days if you are unhappy for any reason. The shoes I bought simply did not fit right and it wasn't the size. They just weren't comfortable. When I looked into how to return the shoes and get my money back they told me (after 1 week of zero response) the refund policy was not enforceable but did not provide any further explanation.
