We found a foreclosure and submitted an offer-of course it was accepted in 3 days, we were signing papers and submitting all the necessary paperwork and securing our loan. When we got the appraisal back it was significantly lower than our original offer, so our lender was only willing to finance what the home was worth (obviously). Well, we resubmitted our offer at the new price and it has been nearly 5WEEKS and no response!!
