After recieving the CD Rom for a 21 day review I decided that this was not as they claimed and canceled. Even after cancelling and recieving a cancellation number I was still billed 3 more times. I called to complain and was told the first cancellation number was for one service, which was not mentioned at the time, and I would have to calleach individual service to cancel separately. The represenetative did not have access to any other service information, how convenient. I want the three charges made on my account refunded and have blocked any further charges.
