We canceled direct tv service within the 24 hr period due to the fact we were told we would get local channels and were not. So we didnt want the service and called right away. It is noted on our account at direct tv that we called march 23 and 25th and had a CRG disconnect. We canceled account and it was told to us and is noted on our account that it was within the 24hr period and the commitment would not apply. So there would be no early cancel fee.
