Don't ever do business with Leffler Energy Products in the central pennsylvania area. They forced people to lock in at a high rate for heating oil and offered no relief when oil prices dropped dramatically unless you paid their ripoff $599 fee to cancel your contract. I am not paying that fee and after this year, I am switching oil companies and will never do business with them again.
