On 12/10/08 I ordered a “Betsy HTML-only website” for $200 because it was advertised as being ready within 24 hours. I sent several emails over the next few days that went unanswered. Friday 12/12 @ 4pm - they send a list of questions for my website host provider. Monday 12/15 at 9:30am the questionnaire was sent back with the info they needed (delayed due to the weekend because they sent it at 4pm on Friday).
