Web designer conducted her business without a contract, and expects to keep my money because of "good faith" practices. Designer frequently disappeared, and was a terrible communicator. Has issues with communication because my expression of my uncertainly and mistrust of both her dedication and business acumen was ignored--since I said "I like this" at the beginning, the web designer took it to mean that any complaints after that were basically null and void.
