We purchased a new Maytag dishwasher 16 months ago. From beginning it did not clean well and made abnormal noises. We had the repairman and the owner of the appliance store out many times. They said there was nothing wrong with dishwasher, it was due to "outside influences". I am 57 and know how to run a dishwasher. Translate: They did not know how to repair it.
