I ordered a the new Avatrix 562 with some terminals. I decided to go with Copperbox. I spent over $3000 with them. They also promised to add a free Logitech Harmony remote as an incentive. When the stuff came last week, there was no remote. Now they are refusing to send the remote on the pretext that I did not inform them within 2 days. I am not sure where and why that should matter.
