After 2 mnths - still not repaired. So I stopped paying the bill, requesting that they fix the prob. They disconnect both phone and internet services and send a bill including disconnected month. It gets worse..! Not wanting this affect my credit I start paying it off bit by bit. Then low & behold, w/o asking, they reconnect me (by this time I had already switched to FLOW) and prepare yet another bill w/o me knowing.
