I ordered a big screen TV to be delivered for a 25th anniversary/Christmas gift from Hhgregg and set up delivery time and date for when we would be on a trip and my son would be home to let them in. Then my hubby would walk in the door and it would be a big surprise. Not only did they NOT deliver the TV, they BILLED me for the TV and then, when I called, told me they did not even have the TV in stock to deliver in the first place! Now I have neither an anniversary or a Christmas gift for my hubby. All I have is a bill for $2500-and no TV. read full review »
