I'm based in Australia, but notice similar complaints from UK and USA. These guys have been debiting my VISA card for US$49.47 each month for 5 months. I have no idea of who they are or what I am suposed to be paying for. Nore can I work out who they are or how to contact them. I suspect they are a collection agency for someone else.
