I know better than to become involved in this kind of "get four free, only buy 3 or 4 more during the year deals. Still, in a weak moment I signed up. What I didn't expect was that BEFORE their monthly checklist came out, they just sent the expensive book of the month - before I had a chance to approve or reject it! I dutifully returned TWO, they only credited one, now I owe them something like $40 per month in late fees for the book I never ordered, and it too will go to collections, since I'm not about to pay them... read full review »
