delivery was scheduled for July 3, 2009 between 1-4. deliverymen showed up at 1 with no mattress. Was told by deliveryman, mattress would be delivered at 4-4:30. they even called and said they were on their way. they showed up at 8:20. Called the store and complained, and man by the name of Joe just did not understand why i would be angry. Who likes to wait for a deliveryman. This is why all businesses give you an idea what time to expect delivery. A company such as MattressFirm should understand my anger. read full review »
