I asked chase to help me lower my payments due to separation of my wife and i .I was told i qualify only to be disrespected by the office .told me I could have payments lowered and still got me waiting on a reply--My friend made the same request (white ) got a reply in 3 days same situation.Chase is racist and unfair to costemers (black) read full review »
