Suttell & Associates PS placed a lien on my home for a debt I owed. Fair enough. When the house sold on April 30, 2007, they received payment in full for the outstanding debt. It seems then that since they received the money for their client, that they should be bound to file the appropriate papers to show that the lien was removed and the debt was paid.
