As mentioned in the other complaints, I too ordered a "FREE SAMPLE" due to Oprah's website recommendation and started getting charged $87.13 - so far I have received two charges as such plus shipping charges. I called them and got the same run around. I finally got a RMA # and I am returning the product. I also contacted my credit card company and they are refunding my charges.
