Our community hired Palm Pools to provide pool service and lifeguards for the 2008 pool season. On the first day the pool was meant to be open, no lifeguard showed up. We notified the company and it took two days to get us a new guard. The replacement guard was consistently 2-3 hours late to open the pool and failed to clean it. We demanded a new guard and received one who smoked at the pool while on duty and talked on the phone.
