So here's the deal. I called At&t to order their High Speed Internet on June 25th, 2009. The guy on the other line hooked me up with the service and told me my modem shipping date, July 1. That day comes and the modem is a no-show. I decided to call At&t and ask about my order status. The lady told me that they had my date down for July the 7th after i'd been told the 1st. She asked if she could overnight for a charge of 14.95;however, she offered me a $25 rebate. Frustrated, I agreed, and decided not to hold my breath. July... read full review »
