Odered and received Buxton Bag over internet and paid extra for the 'higher' quality leather. Zipper failed first week. Telephoned Buxton Bag and they sent another bag but it was the regular quality leather. The zipper on that one failed so I sent it in along with $10 for S&H. Received a letter with S&H check and correspondence that said I was out of luck. read full review »
