After having the same experience as other people have had with LG, I have decided to warn everyone I know NOT to buy LG products. If you do, be warned. If your LG product quits working, the customer service is HORRIBLE. We bought a DVD player/recorder/VHS. It stopped playing DVD's after just a few movies. We called LG customer service and it has been nothing but frustration ever since.
