I filed 3 complaints regarding the harssment by my neighbor 0-3 Gloria and her daughter kathy with her abuse vverbally and almost attacking my 7 yr daughter regarding a issue with her daughter that I have nothing to do with . I written three letters by email and no response. My daughters get yelled out and verbally abuse by this women.
