I have waited close to 120 days for an approved partial refund of $199.00 that has never been sent. They would not return the full amount, since they said I clicked on the website and thet foregoes a full refund. I have placed several calls to customer service, with no status on when this will be handled. Weeks have turned into months and no one has even made a vague attempt to contact me or forward a refund.
