Attempted to get a better deal on satellite TV service. DirecTV had a good package and came out and did the install. The day after the install, lost my job and had to cancel. I called and spoke to a 'customer service specialist' who stated that I was well within my 7 day cancellation timeframe and would not be charged any early cancellation fees as long as the equipment was returned I would be out nothing.
