I have been trying to set up a repair appointment for the past week and have been put on hold, hung up on, and passed on to others, but never have I been given an appointment.Last year they told me to get it fixed myself because you had no one in my area. If this was the case why did you sell me an air conditioner system? I was on the phone for two hours, on July 3th, with you. NOTHING. Today I have been trying again. I have been just hung up on for the 3th time today. I have wasted 3 hours of my time today. If you are not going to fix this piece of filth then I am going to call my attorney. read full review »
