My Anytime Fitness location closed with NO notice to the members. On Friday it was open, on Monday it was not. As such, I requested to cancel my account immediately and was told I had to send a letter to ABC Financial to formally request cancellation. I did so, but was told I still owned for the month since my account to another location. The location is within' the 10 miles fro my original clause in my initial contract, but 8 miles in the opposite direction from where I live.
