I had a terrible accident in 2006. My car which was purchased through Drive Financial, was totaled. Before I came out the coma, they had already put a bad report on my credit rating. I called them and worked out a payment plan. They told me when I was paid in full, all negative remarks would be removed from my credit report. I paid religiously. When I was finished they DID NOT remove the negative remarks. They said I paid in a settlement and put it on the credit report as a negative report.
