They called stating that they wanted to buy my timeshare. Took 1, 404.00 via check over thee phone and promised to close the deal within 24 days. they even called to set up a date on which to 'close ' and pay me the selling price plus refund my upfront cash. needless to say I have not heard one word from them. all phone number do not answer. one is no longer in service. What can we do to get our money back from John Marks Wilson. There has to be criminal charges for this fraud. read full review »
