Stay away from www.geeksbyminute.com or 1-888-274-GEEK or 1-888-274-4335. My experience was terrible and cost me a lot of money. The telephone connection with India was not perfect either. Finally the guy admitted that he did not know what was the problem. When asked whether or not I will be charged he transferred me to an automated billing department where I got only the amount I was charged. No live person ! No recourse! Be aware !
