I had Vonage for over 3 years. During that time, they offered an 'all in one' wireless router, which I purchased, rather than having multiple devices. After about 2 years, Vonage told me the router was 'stuck in an endless loop' and I'd have to buy another. I almost canceled at that point, but went out and bought another one. Several months later, they told me that there was nothing they could do, as they had basically given up on trying to support wireless routers.
