I placed a credit card order with Wig Room on June 23, 2009 and received an e-mail confirmation on that day. I monitored the purchase on their site for a few days and the order remained as "Pending" so I decided to call their on-line number to find out what the hold up was and only received a phone message. I left my order number and asked for a return call to let me know the status of my order. I left 4 phone messages between June 23rd and July 3rd.
