horrible speed, worse than dial-up! they said the speed resets itself once a month a full speed but it does not matter, its slow all the time. For people like me in a rural area, this was a last resort and am so sorry i signed up with them. The customer service is awful also, can't get through half the time because, in my opinion, i swear they are laughing at us suckers who bought this product and dont wanna listen to us whine about it.. i would LOVE to hear feedback on this if anyone else has the same issues with them..
