I bought a mattress at Metro Mattress and there was a problem with the box spring. I was passed around to several people and finally ended up talking with one of the owners. I made a suggestion on what they should do in the future and he insisted that I wanted money back. When I clarified I did not want the money he said he did not believe me and told me he does not need to take suggestion from anyone.
