John Moore sold me 2 toilets guaranteed with unlimited service for 6 years. I paid $1600, or $800 each, for Kohler Cimerons. I priced these at both Home Depot and Lowes for $400 per unit installed. I knowingly paid a premium for the guarantee. The first time I excercised the guarantee, the technician destroyed the toilet and then said the company would be charging for all futiure calles.
