We signed a contract on a pool with these people in May '09. We put a deposit of $5000.00 on a $20, 000.00 pool at that time. Our Financing was approved the first week of June and delivery date per our contract says approximately June 8, 2009. Well its July 7th and we still don't have a pool. They are blaming the finance company and the finance company is blaming everyone else. We decided to get a swimming pool for our back yard in May '09 and called Kayak Pools (which will be my next complaint) for a demonstration. We signed the contract on May 18, 2009 and put a $5000.00 deposit on a $20, 000.00 pool and was told it would be installed by June 8th, 2009. Well the finance company listed above, Eagle Nationwide, called and offered us to refinance our house at 2% less then it was and said we could incorporate the pool in the refinance and get the tax break.
