They ad that states you can try the product for free at a cost of aprox. $11.00, before the first month was over they charged my CC for the full amount and counted it as the first order. Then they charged my card again and sent another shipment. I hasn't even been a month. The product doesn't work and they lied about the charges. I called and received a cancellation number but they will not reimburse for the charges that they have already done against my CC.
