UMG MERCHATEC, without notificatiob or permission, tapped the account of my small business auto payment service. A monthly charge of $49.95 was automatically deducted from my checking account. Upon checking with my bank's credit card service, no authoriztion was given to UMG MERCHATEC from my checking account.
