I applied for a loan, on 6/29/09 throught last chance pay day loan. Two days later my account was hit for 32.00 by idenitiy theft. I contacted them asp & was told that i agree to these terms. Which is not true. Iwas also told that there will be no refund. I;ve contacted my bank & ther looking into this matter.
