Yesterday I applied to cash out USD5.60 from stormysurf. I had signed up on 20 Oct 05 and did not put in any upgrades. I had intended to use this sum, together with a few more dollars I have left in storm pay to make an upgrade (but now that my account and enthusiam deleted, I probably won't). Although in the terms that they said they will delete any accounts that do not upgrade within 10 days, my account was still available until yesterday, 14 Nov.
