Book order I purchased a book on-line on 7 July 2009 through HotBookSale.com. Within the hour I received an e-mail from BestBrandValues.com thanking me for becoming a member of their club and telling me that unless I canceled my "membership" within three days my credit card on file will be charged $19.95 monthly. Wow, that was fast. Their website didn't indicate you'd become a member when you purchased a book. I've tried to cancel by calling their toll-free 866-529-3413 but it is always answered by a recorder. read full review »
