We were promised work would be completed within a week. Base kitchen cabinets completed within two days on Thurs. July 2, 2009. Counter top template has yet to be measured. Very difficult to get answers from any of the representatives. Initial installer had called first day on the job to expedite the counter installation job in order to get the process moving and we had to call on Monday 7/5/09 .
